We had the kiddo’s birthday party at school last Monday. It was the day before her real birthday and we had to have it last 16th because we were at the airport yesterday. MIL and BIL left for the States already. It was sad. Yup I saw tears from SIL. I hope they’d visit us soon.

Anyway, we had a simple salo-salo–spag from Mcdo and Mamon from Red Ribbon. Kiddo was so happy that day.

Trick or Treat at work later! Still need to prepare and pack our costumes and sleep at least 3 hours. Weather is hot so goodluck riding the bus. Anyway, I know the kiddo is excited and she will surely enjoy the program we have for the kids later. Pictures to follow. Happy Weekend Trick or Treat to all!

Yes, my little girl’s birthday is just a few days from now and I’d say I didn’t spend that so much time preparing. Not like the other two previous birthdays. I’ve been starting at my daughter now and then, and I noticed something different from her. She’s all grown up now not like before. She’s a lot more like a little lady now and not a baby anymore. And the one thing I am aware of but caught off guard because I didn’t expect it to be sooner… And that thing is the word “why”. Every sentence or conversation we have now ends with her asking “why”. Sometimes it’s hard to explain everything especially if she asks why again after my explanation.

We visited the doctor last week because of the cold I had and the doctor commented her to be very very smart because of the way she speaks. The doctor recommended a good school for her and we went there on the same day to check it out. The hubby and I both liked the school and decided to enroll her there this coming June. While I was in the office asking inquiries, a couple of girl students appeared near the door and my the little kiddo quickly ran towards them and said, “Hey kids, do you want to play with me?” The kids giggled and ran away. Something tells me that we’ll have no problems with her social skills. But when it was time to go, she disapproved and she said, that she wanted to stay with her teacher and go to school. This reminds me that she’s growing way too fast.

So this is what a SAHM feels like and I’m loving it. All I did today was prepare food, eat, watch TV and play with my Lj. We even went to the mall this afternoon and paid the bills and got groceries. I need to enjoy this temporary SAHM-thing while it lasts because I’m going to go work on Monday. Good thing I’m on SL because we’re going to the mall tomorrow. Yes, it’s a big day tomorrow for us because it’s our first time to join the trick or treat activity. I already packed our things that we need like costume, extra clothes, milk, bottles, snacks, wipes, tissue etc. And oh I need to charge the cam too. And on Friday, we might go to the nearby mall here and check the trick or treat activity if we enjoy the program tomorrow. It’s going to a fun day.
