It was a beautiful Sunday morening to go jogging with family and here’s the results. I never knew I would reach 3k but come to think of it, I was jogging 5k this whole time. Love it!

I would have done more with a faster time but my side stitch (literally) was giving me pain, resulting walks rather than jogging. But it was okay. We had fun!

I sprained my ankle last December 30, 2011 and it still hurts. I had it treated with the traditional manghihilot last week and unfortunately nothing happened. My co-worker suggested this:

Ankle Sprain Treatment

I will definitely try this at home. He said, he sprained his ankle 3 times already  and  this is the only thing he does. Coming from a dude who plays basketball, I’m confident it’ll cure my aching foot.

I had a stomach ache early morning Monday. I thought it was nothing at first, then I got to the point where I can’t sleep and breathe. So I asked the hubby to put betet and white flower on my back and chest. At this point I’m complaining on back pains as well. But ointment did not help at all. The hubby said, ‘sinisikmura daw ako‘, so I searched on the Internet on what to do because this was my first time but obviously, I was not able to concentrate on what I was reading. After a couple of minutes, I gave up and tried to relax and sleep again but after 30 mins I got up and went to the bathroom and decided to throw up. I did. I was the worst feeling ever but I was able to sleep after that.

I don’t want to go through that again but this morning, I felt the symptoms again. And what’s worst, I was still at work so I was not able to concentrate on training because the back pains were killing me. So I excused myself to the bathroom and did what I need to do. Argh! Worst feeling ever. The trainer let me go home minutes early before our official logout time. I was relieved when I got home.

I don’t know what I ate or drank to feel hypersensivity but I think it’s coffee. I’ll try not to drink coffee for a few days and see what happens.

Few months back, I was suffering from breakouts and believe it or not, miracles really do happen. That is, if you do something about it. I gathered all my courage and walked in at Dermclinic one Thursday morning. The doctor examined and assured me that all my frustrations will go away. I thought, what the hell! It’s worth a try. Good thing, I listened.

I purchased the Acne treatment which includes 6 sessions plus I have to buy the meds. Honestly, it’s quite expensive for me, I try not to think how much money I spent because it’s worth it.

I want to show you their products but I don’t have a cam now, good thing I found this on Shen‘s site. (Don’t worry I asked permission already). Anyway, it worked for her too! I’m still trying to convince my sister to go to Dermclinic, konti nalang pupunta na sya.

I would definitely recommend this to everyone whose been suferring from breakouts. Believe me, this is for you. I tried practically everything they sell in the market and nothing worked.  Miracles do happen.

I stopped using Tea Tree products from Body shop 3 months ago because it made my face really prone to break outs, blemishes and pimples more (Yes you name it!). I don’t know what happen but it did. I got more frustrated at that time because I look soo ugly and don’t know which product to use. It seemed that everything does not work for me anymore. Until the day I walked into one of the local derma house here. I was getting good reviews about it and wanted to try it myself. It’s expensive-yes but the services are excellent and really effective. Now I have 3 sessions more and taking medicines for maintenance. I can say that it’s really working for me. Thank goodness I had the courage. No pain no gain.

I have a serious case of eye bugs and it’s been bugging me for the last couple of day. If anyone has a remedy on how to remove or maybe minimize eye bugs…. suggestion will be more than appreciated. Help!

Last week I bought this Tea tree oil cover stick from Body Shop to fight this long battle with blemishes. Yes, it’s effective. The blemishes started to dry up in just two days leaving no scars so I was so excited to share this new discovery with my sisters back in nova. I used the stick again Friday night and kept it in my pocket and just before I went home Saturday morning, it was gone! I knew it was there but it was not. I must have dropped it when I went to the comfort room. I was frustrated because it was the second time I lost something (First it was my eye glasses–same week). I went ahead and told my sisters about even though I don’t have the stick with me and somehow my 5th sister was convinced. We were at Festival mall Saturday afternoon, when my sister asked if we can purchase one for herself. Wow! My convincing powers worked. So when we got to The Body Shop store, I was surprised to see that they have 40% off on all Tea tree products! Meaning when I bought the stick (which was gone now) was not on sale so technically I lost 500 pesos. Argh. But I went ahead and purchase another stick anyway because the 40% off was tempting. I even got the Facial wash too. My sister got a stick and the blemish night fade lotion.

Moving forward.

I got a irritating rash under my left ear several weeks ago. I applied United homes ointment which my mom gave me but it didn’t worked and only made it worse so I switched to Canesten. After two weeks, it was the worse rash ever because it was more itchy and bigger too. Yes, bigger because it was creeping down my neckline which started to be visible. I don’t want to further elaborate the rash because it might gross you out so… Anyway… Sunday afternoon–I applied the stick on the infected rash area. I thought it was worth a try since I was planning to go the derma anyway. I wore a scarf around my neck so nobody will notice it in the kiddie party we attended later that afternoon. Went we got home that evening, I was surprised to see my rash finally subsided. It was not itchy nor swollen anymore. Even the redness color was gone. I asked the hubby to check it and he confirmed that the rash was somehow fading. Wow! It was a miracle. This what I call the Miracle stick! Now I’m tempted to buy the actual Tea Tree oil bottle which is cheaper than the stick. It’s only Php395 plus the 40% off.

I really recommend the product so check it out.

I bought this Tea Tree Oil Cover Stick from The Body Shop, early this afternoon. Amy mentioned this to me and she even purchased one when we went to Eastwood couple of weeks ago. She said, she read good and positive feedbacks about the product and she wants to try it. And now, she said it really worked. It conceal blemishes as you fight them. Price @ Php 495. I hope it’ll work for me too.

Btw, I got their Tea Tree Oil brochure and I’m thinking of getting the Tea Tree Oil Facial Wash too but it’s a whooping Php550 @ 250ml. If the cover up stick works, I might give the Facial Wash a chance despite of the price. Let’s see.
