I was on track with my treadmill sessions and diet routines two weeks ago, when our shift changed and I was assigned to work on night shift. I was so frustrated because I had to sleep during the day and it took a few days before my body clock to shift, and it greatly affected my work out. I just started my work out this afternoon and i felt like I’m back to square one grrr. So instead of feeling more frustrated, I just planned my next work out – hopefully tomorrow and plan to get Shapely Secrets while I’m at it. I really need to loose some weight because our Davao trip is just 3 weeks to go yey!
