Happy Wedding Anniversary to the greatest parents in the world! Love the Papsie and Mamsie….

It’s been a busy week and I hardly had a good sleep ever since. Christmas parties are everywhere and the traffic jam is terrible. We have a gig this afternoon at the world trade center, Kiddo’s Christmas Party on Saturday and another EOL/Christmas party on the same day. Wow! I have a busy weekend and I think I have dark circles already. But it doesn’t stop us from partying because we have another house party on the 27th (I think) hahahaha! Parteeee!

We made up our mind recently. Hubby and I are not gonna sell the car anymore. I realized that the car brought luck to us and we really don’t want that to go away. So we have decided to have it fixed instead. Engine and the A/C were already fixed and the hubby plans to get a change oil done in a few days. We also agreed that if we have the spare money, maybe we’ll have the upholtery changed and get a cheap auto insurance. It’ll be a sleek car once everything is done!

I went to the mall the other day and browsed through the gadget area. I was surprised to see more on display. It’s like every brand name has their own version of everything. Like GE (brand name) has a dslr camera? Yes, they do. And I would not be surprised if the same brand will release their own line of camcorders. It’s amazing how everything upgrades in a short period of time. Something tells me that we’re all gonna miss those primitive times hahaha, or maybe not.

Our kitchen is always a mess after my baking sessions. We all know that baking is quite messy and our small kitchen makes it even worse hahaha. I can’t complain because that’s all we have right now and I believe it’s not how the kitchen looks like, it’s person cooking that matters haha. And I can’t help but dream sometimes, that if I’ll have my dream home, I’ll surely have the ultimate kitchen in the world. With a kick-ass oven, over head exhaust, the biggest fridge, marble counter top, Moen kitchen faucets and have a spacious pantry with everything in it. Now that’s a kick-ass kitchen!

I admit that I am no handyman. I can’t fix simple electrical things in the house. I can’t even remember anything I had done to fix something in the house. But when I was little I would help my dad with his remote control cars and helicopters. He even made a volkswagen from scratch just for me. He can also fix almost anything around the house and I would help him all throughout. I remembered he installed a big water tank with large thrust bearings to hold the pipes. It took us quite awhile but it was a success. A fulfilling hot shower was our reward after that. I think I can’t he like my dad but I can be like him in some ways I guess.

I really enjoy going to the bazaar festival. There’s so many gift ideas, toys, bags, urban clothing, shirts, shoes and food! Shoppers are all over the place checking their list and browsing the stores. My sister’s booth sells imported toys, Christmas decors, and kiddie clothes too. I also have imported toys and clothes there and hopefully we can sell all of them before the bazaar festival ends. I’m feeling the Christmas rush already just looking people buying gifts and checking what else they need. So did I did my Christmas shopping yet? Not yet! Oh no! hahaha.

I finally went to the world bazaar festival this evening. My band had a gig there around 4:30pm and everything went well. We only did acoustic because our lead guitarist was not able to make it. Anyway, it was a nice gig! I’m excited to play again there this Thursday. But what I’m excited about is the shopping. We only browsed the stores there so we’ll have an idea on what to do and I think I do. I might get a bottle of wine for Christmas party next week and maybe rfid blocking wallet for the exchange gift. But what I’m really excited about are the free tasting! hahaha!
