I finally got my work-out and everyday routine straighten out. I’ve been taking more fiber in the afternoon, orlistat, the fat burner capsule twice a day after meals, one meal replaced by whole grain cereal with low-fat milk, calcium everyday and doing some crunches early in the morning to help me start the day right. It’s been almost two weeks since I started and I’m seeing results already. Besides the size down pants that I can wear now, I’m feeling light and great. I hope I can do this until I achieve the weight I wanted.

I’m starting to browse jobs abroad again on the Internet. I’m getting that “I’m-tired-of-this-job” again and I wanted to try job hunting. I might get lucky this time, who knows right. I’m also browsing jobs for the hubby because he is always in the field and his experience might be enough for him to get a high paying job abroad. Job sites are still the same, jobs in healthcare are still the most in demand these days. I’m keeping my hopes up.

Second day at Paradise Island was a blast. Woke up at exactly 5am to catch the morning sun.

So we did more swimming and more picture taking until cam’s battery went dead. We don’t have to Internet and stuff like that in the place, but I think it’s okay. So before I left Manila, I made sure I did all my online tasks and checked Dutch Masters.

So we went mall hopping, San Pedro Church etc.

We went back late afternoon. Just in time to prepare — dinner and open jam. Fiesta.

. Band’s rehearsal went well. Feel so good to play again.
. We have a new song and hopefully we can polish it so we can include it in the demo.

Diet diet diet is all I think about these days. I want to slim down by December or early next year but I don’t know if I can because of the coming Holiday. And you know how Christmas is like here, eat eat eat! and parties everywhere. I think I need a appetite suppressant to help me avoid the temptation because exercise might not be enough. Oh well, let’s see.

Me and the rest of the zitros watched the Electromaniacs yesterday at Trinoma, Ayala mall level 4. It’s so good to meet and greet old family friends again. Lito Turibio – Band’s drummer, is a family friend and Sir Vic, whom I haven’t seem for more than 10 years was there also. I knew that he would not recognize me LOL. I was soo thin before and now… hhmmm.. chubby. I don’t want to say fat haha. I’m already loosing weight because of the quick weight loss program I’m taking. Anyway, we plan a get-together coming holiday. I’m excited.

My sister is planning another birthday party for her second daughter. She plan to a Hello Kitty theme party for kids. We already made arrangements and booking for the events and now we need to check Hello kitty goodies to give away. The party’s going to be on the first week of November so I think we have more time prepare. Oh yeah, I need to get more ideas and suggestion on what I’ll give her. I might check the – gifts for her online store. I heard they have a lot of unique treats for all ages. Party on.
