~ Relief goods/package came in last week so we have couple of new shirts, shorts, kitchen ware and sweets in the fridge. I really like the shorts - perfect for swimming.

~ I had lots of ideas last week for the sites then I lost it because I did not took notes. Sucks I know.

~ Mid shift on MAY and I hate it. It means less band practice time. Plus no weekends off for me. I have no choice because it’s all part of the C.C. job. Hell it is.

~ I sorted the files in the laptop and finally transferred them in the 500G black book. I felt a sign of relief when I saw the memory status bar blue and not red anymore.

~ I still need to sort my MUSIC folder and I need more time for that. Maybe I’ll do it next week.

~ I uploaded new songs in the iPod. It’s good to listen to new songs and not the same old ones everyday. Yes, I’ve started to listen to this local rock band and they are really good.

~ MMA will try and record again the tracks we need. We still don’t want to rent a studio because we think we have the means at home already. All we need is time - time to practice, time to record and time to mix.

~ I still have two more facial sessions left and I’m seeing good results already. I even got a comment that my face was finally clearing up. The 5-digit cost is all worth it.

~ I’m addicted to sneakers nowadays. I use the pink converse everyday so I’m thinking it needs a reliever. I’m checking on sassyspot again and found two pairs that I really love. I might purchase them by the end of the month.

~ I thinking of changing my hairstyle too. I think I’ve grown tired of this same old long and straight brown hair. I’m considering layers and highlights this time.

~ I was browsing my off line starbucks diary the other day and found an entry there. I can’t believe that two months ago, I was lonely, frustrated and looking for inspiration and motivation. I’m glad those days were over.

~ I bought a toy for someone. Because that someone’s birthday is coming up. I say no more.

~ I need a beach vacation. I want a tan line.

I completely ignored all my sites last week. I can’t imagine I didn’t had the urge to post a sane entry but now I’m trying… So what’s up with me lately? Well, I attended a office outing last weekend and got disappointed because we were short in alcohol, plus the venue sucks. Anyway, there’s a lot of things in my mind right now and it’s beginning to be crowded up here - life, work, money, plans, future, family, music, MMA, feelings… and it drove me to smoke butts again for the past 7 days. Good thing, I have MMA - because with them, I can be myself and do what I love to do. Weekend is a bum, but I’m starting to watch the movies I’ve downloading these past few months. I’m also sorting my files in the Lizzieness blackbook (c/o Reivel - Thanks sis!), when I found the two videos I’m been looking for for many many months now. Yeah, it made me laugh! Wish I could post it somewhere though. Oh well.

Summer had started but it’s raining. I think we need to hit the beach when the weather clears because I really need a tan line. Argh Plans plans plans. I also wish I can squeeze the treadmill time in my schedule because I really want to loose these fabs. Anyhow, It’s gonna be a busy week again for me, plus we have a balik-bayan relative visitor who’ll stay with us for four days next week. Good luck to me.

I’m beginning to think my hair’s boring because it’s a simple straight long brown hair. A few inches more and it’s on my waist already. I’m thinking of cutting it, have highlights or dye it… blah blah blah! See! I told you there’s so many things in my mind and this is an example of one of many non-sense bull crap in my head. I better go.. for now.

~ Mr. Day Dreaming… revealed. ~

April 21st, 2009

We watched this last night and it’s a very sad movie. I’m glad I was not born during the Second World War. Tsk.

~ Image from Wikipedia. ~

Bruno is an eight-year-old German boy who leads a very comfortable life in Berlin during the Second World War. His father is a high ranking Nazi officer, and things change when the family has to move due to his father’s new post. In his innocence, Bruno sees the nearby concentration camp as a ‘farm’ and wonders why its inhabitants are always wearing striped pyjamas. Eventually Bruno becomes friends with a Jewish (Yehudi) boy his own age who lives on the other side of the fence. Wikipedia.

I’ve been dealing with pressure lately. Two weeks ago, we had no house help. And what’s frustrating about it is that she left us just like that. We would have approve if she wants to go, she should have asked permission first so we can prepare ahead of time. Then the band still does not have a guitarist. Well technically we have but he’s not attending practice with us. But we all agreed that it’s okay for now. We tried to record our song last week but Amy’s laptop suffered technical difficulty. Hopefully we could record our song tomorrow. And so the pressure is on. We have our old house help back (the one from last year) but she has a flu now. Now we are here at my parent’s house because we need someone to take care of the little kiddo when we’re gone. Of course, I don’t want to get sick, that’s why I make sure to take my vitamins plus get some plenty of sleep. Yes, I’m sleeping now!

That reminds of checking some free insurance quotes online because we’ll never know what’s going to happen. It’s better to be sure especially when health is at stake.

I found this meme from a blogger friend and snagged it! Unfortunately, I ran out of things to say and still there’s more to post from my online boss. I hope this meme would do.

1. Do you like waffles? - yup.
2. Name 3 things that is within your reach right now, excluding anything to do with your computer/laptop. - Cellphone, remote and chips/OJ.
3. Do you hang laundry out on a line outside? - yup.
4. Loss of vision, ability to speak or hearing - Please no.
5. On a scale from 1 - 10, how are your computer skills? - 10? haha!
6. Do you volunteer or donate to anything around the holidays? - yup, we donate old toys.
7. If a person receives a DUI while in government office, should he lose his/her position? - yup.
8. Do you take vitamins? - nope, because they make me fat.
9. Do you wear fingernail polish? - sometimes.
10. If every flower in the world only grew into one color, which color would you want? -hmmm… pink? nah!

Speaking of colors, I remembered a super friend will have her birthday on Friday, and so I need to think something to give. Good thing I stumble on a gift shop site with lots of ideas. I might the site after my work.

I stopped using Tea Tree products from Body shop 3 months ago because it made my face really prone to break outs, blemishes and pimples more (Yes you name it!). I don’t know what happen but it did. I got more frustrated at that time because I look soo ugly and don’t know which product to use. It seemed that everything does not work for me anymore. Until the day I walked into one of the local derma house here. I was getting good reviews about it and wanted to try it myself. It’s expensive-yes but the services are excellent and really effective. Now I have 3 sessions more and taking medicines for maintenance. I can say that it’s really working for me. Thank goodness I had the courage. No pain no gain.
