I know I’ve quiet these past few days and I owe this site big time. Among my other blogs, this site has been my outlet of personal things. It broadcast a different me, from the voice inside my head that only I knew it exist. I don’t want to say that it’s my darker side because I don’t have multiple personalities. And I never would want to (Thank God). Anyway….

2009 started good to me. I’ve been given a chance to travel out of the country with my superfriends this coming March. Then my MIL arrived two weeks ago from the States, which we had the opportunity to be with her. And now we’re going to Palawan next week. Truly unexpected.

I also received an invitation yesterday from a relative. Well, actually my dad referred me to judge a Battle of the band event in a nearby Montessori school here. wow. me? are you sure? Hell yeah! I’ve been involved with music, bands and gigs all my life and this passion gave me the opportunity to meet the greatest band mates I have now. So yeah! I’m flattered to accept such invitation. I’m so excited! But that’s only the half of it. I can’t wait to start recording our own songs when Marry Me Amy gets it’s big break. Soon. I can feel it.

We also have two summer get away this coming end of March and June. More of that later on but for now, I feel truly blessed. I may not have the perfect life but I know–this is the life I wanted.

This is all I can write for now… I need some sleep.

My Mother in law arrived here from the States two weeks ago. She attended my daughter’s third birthday and then just this last weekend, we had a family reunion here at home. She made her famous meat roll and leche flan. And we are having a feast just like every night because of her. I was worried about all the weight I gained last Christmas and now we are eating too much again. Summer is fast approaching and me and my friends are beginning to make getaway plans already. I know summer is just months away and that I need some extra hand to loose all these fabs.

– I seldom cut my hair because I wanted it to be long. But the worst was when my hair was so frizzy that time and I had a cut. I told the person to cut my hair a few inches but a few inches to him was like 10 inches, that it when up to my shoulders. Sadly, I looked like a lion.

What’s your most treasured piece of jewelry? Why?
– My wedding ring. Need I say more?

I’m an addict for sale items. If it’s on sale, expect me to be there. I love the extended hours in the mall and the people rushing around checking out items. The thrill of all rushing around the mall relaxes me. Maybe it’s a girl thing to shop until you drop. Shopping time is the time for myself. It’s the only thing that I do where I don’t need to worry about anything. When I’m in the mall, I would check everything from shoes, shirt, socks to make-up, hair accessories and many more. I heard there’s an up coming sale in the near by mall here and words are, they have lingerie sale in the ladies department.

I got interested in Mac games ever since my sister brought a MAC computer at home. It’s a totally different operating system from the ones we usually use. It was very hard get familiarized at first, but when I got used to it, I discovered that it was more user friendly than the one’s we use now. But I think I’ll settle for iPhone games because it’s more compact and portable that I could bring it anywhere. Go go gourmet for mac!

Summer is just months away and we’ll be hitting the beach for sure. And we are starting to plan our destinations as early as now. We got our first summer get away early summer and I’m starting to shop for summer clothes while they are still on their off peak prices. And during my window shopping, I found this rave pants that my husband would love during our trips.

I saw this cute red car just the other day on the street and asked my dad about it because the brand was not familiar to me. My dad said those were new car models from China. Then suddenly lots of china made cars are on the streets. As to what I heard, those china made cars were not that expensive. These are compact, light weight, energy saving and affordable. I saw on the Internet that they already released the electric cars on the market and I heard they are making their sales up high in the car industry. I might check the car at BYD Stoc before they sell the good cars.

~ I was devasdated when I lost my Fender P.bass early last year. One month later after that incident, my dad gave me this 4-string Yamaha and I call it “Blue” because of obvious reasons haha. Well, when I got this bass, I was not that blue anymore hence the name. ~
