Gin + Lambanog + Beer = Drunk and Happy. That was me last night. Me and the hubby went to our team’s outing last night at Cattleya farm resort in Antipolo. It’s been a while since my last visit there and the place never changed. It was still the same. Neat, clean, spacious, cool air, swimming, all out videoke–perfect for any barkada outing. I got drunk easily because it’s been awhile since my last alcohol intake and I liked it. It felt like my life before I was married LOL. Yeah, I was a party girl before. I remember, I’m always drunk almost every week–yeah those were the days. Of course, I’m not like that anymore LOL. It’s hard to have hang-over while taking care of a toddler right. Plus, I don’t like the hang-over part–headache, stomachache. I’m like dizzy-Lizzie all day. But I can’t complain because it was my choice to drink–so Lizzie...shut up and deal with it.

Good thing, we’re here at my parents house… I get to rest without thinking where the little kiddo is because my mom is taking care of her. It’s their grandma-and-grand-daughter-bonding-time-thingy.

I remembered… there’s so many parties we need to attend to this coming Christmas season and I think I’m going to be drunk and happy again these coming past few weeks.

My friend is still bugging to get the best diet pills I can find. That’s why I’ve been searching high and low on what diet pills that work. I think I’ve been on every diet pill reviews and forum I could find on the Internet and everybody seems to say different about a product versus the other. I might do a survey instead or stick to one review site I could find so that it will not be hard for me to decide, just in case we need to buy one.

I can’t believe how the days had passed by because it’s now only days from Christmas and I haven’t bought or did any of my Christmas shopping yet. Something tells me I should double check my list first before I hit the shop and shopping malls. I’m sure it’s going to be full of shoppers like me and I don’t want to go out again just because I forgot to buy something. I wish I had the time to do this. I’ve been struggling to find time every since I shifted to morning for my work and not to mention the band rehearsals twice a week. I’ve checked my list now and I think the hardest person to get a gift is my FIL. Almost every Christmas, I would get frustrated just trying to figure out what he wants or needs. Because by the looks of my FIL, he’s contended on what he has and does not like gifts that much. I search the Internet for more gift ideas but to no avail, I still haven’t found the right one, until I accidentally bumped into 5.11 Tactical. I began to remember that my FIL sometimes carries a firearm during his out of town investigation and assignment. He would be out of town for days sometimes. Finally I found the perfect gift for him and it’s the 5.11 Tactical holster. I’m sure he’s going to use it during those trips.

I remembered, when we were in Davao during the family trip last October with my daughter, the hubby was able to talk to a local resident there and they talked about shooting as a sport. I was surprised that the said sport is famous over there. My friend who invited us to Davao was even good at it. The hubby was eager and very interested. They showed us their personally owned firearms and I get to hold one of them and experience what it’s feels like to carry one. We talked that he’ll be back there to try the sport and I was more eager to give him the proper attire and safety gear for the said sport. So I’ll probably talked to my mother in law and ask a favor if she could get some stuff from 5.11 Tactical. The hubby’s going to need it, the same as my FIL. Yes, I can tell.

SUMMIT ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCES TWILIGHT SEQUEL – NEW MOON

Los Angeles, CA November 22, 2008 — Summit Entertainment announced today that the studio is officially moving forward with the production of NEW MOON, the second installment of its filmed franchise TWILIGHT, the action-packed, modern day vampire love story. The movie will be based on the second novel in author Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight series titled, New Moon. The first movie in the TWILIGHT franchise, the self-titled TWILIGHT, arrived in theaters this weekend to sold-out showings.

Stephenie Meyer stated, “I don’t think any other author has had a more positive experience with the makers of her movie adaptation than I have had with Summit Entertainment. I’m thrilled to have the chance to work with them again on NEW MOON.”

I can’t wait for NEW MOON movie!

I was not myself these few days because the TWILIGHT series kept me away from the real world. I was so hooked to it that I hardly eat, sleep, can’t concentrate at work and I did not blog. Crazy. I’m starting to get my feet on the ground after I finished Book 3 – Eclipse this morning. I only had 2 hours of sleep today because me and my girl friends watched the Twilight movie this afternoon at Eastwood City. I had a real good time. Not because I liked the movie, but because I had real good time with my friends.  I really enjoyed the suspense of finally watching the movie after weeks of waiting.

The film was good. Though there’s a lot of deleted scenes compared to the book but I guess they have to do it because if not, the movie might ran 4 hours. So I recommend everyone to read the book too for the detailed scenes. They also have few funny scenes and kilig moments LOL.

Characters were good and good looking LOL. I heard from a friend that they’re gonna do the book 2 – New Moon because the movie was a hit from the first day. I’m sure it’ll top the charts here too. I just wonder how are they gonna portray the book 2 to a movie. I guess that’s something to look forward to.

After the movie, we can’t stop talking about it–the film, scenes and the book. I really had a great time with my girl friends. Ruthie and I plan to watch it again next week. Argh. We’re so crazy about the film. I know i know.. it’ll pass but we are still enjoying the adrenaline as of the moment.

I say.. it’s a good book. I recommend to read all books (1-4) and watch the film. Set a date… go out with your loved ones.

Don’t you think sometimes it’s annoying if a caller hangs up you? Especially if you’ve got important things or chores and duties around the house. That’s why we thought of getting called ID–an added feature to our phone lines. We would simply not answer unfamiliar phone numbers. But sometimes it’s not enough. That’s why I decided to Report Phone Numbers, just to be sure. This Post Sponsored by Report Phone Numbers.

Here’s the reason why I haven’t posted a real entry yet. I’m so busy reading. I just finished Twilight the other day and now I’m on chapter 7 on Book 2 – New Moon. Gosh! Can you believe I cried last night when Edward and Bella broke up? OMG!

A friend of mine received an iPhone early this year from her special friend. I know. How lucky can you, right? Well anyway, I was surprised to see that it was unlocked. I did not know that iPhone Unlock was already available here in our area. When she got the said unit, it was already unlocked. So we were too excited to try new gadget. Another friend of mine accidentally update her iPhone’s software which of course, went back to it’s original settings. So advised her to try the Unlock iPhone on the website. So to all those iPhones out there, Unlock Apple iPhone is now available within reach.
