Me and my buddy at work planned to go to Baguio last February but we cancelled it because of the Flower Festival. We wanted to enjoy Baguio without the crowd. And once again, we’re planning to go there this MAY. Our vacation leaves are already under negotiation and hopefully our trip will be sometime on the 3rd week or last week of MAY. Let’s see…
We were very early at Ocean Adventure in Subic yesterday. It was my first time there and the kiddo’s second time. We watched the Sea Lion and the Dolphin show. Plus we took pictures with the Dolphin and got to hold one too.
I was a hot day and too bad I wore pants instead of shorts. Laundry was done on-time because we were all at the wedding.

~ She named the pink stuffed toy dolphin–SAM ~
*Named after one of the dolphins from the show.
We had lunch at Xtremely Xpresso Cafe. Nachos, big Ben’s pizza and yummy lasagna was the perfect combo. Then off to Zoobic safari next…

~ Animal Parade ~
It was my second time there and I must say, the place improved. They have the animal parade which was not there before. Good thing the weather was nice and we had the chance to visit all the sites.
Then had dinner at Gerry’s grill (Subic). Kiddo was pretty much grumpy at dinner time because it was obvious that she’s already tired. Everybody was.
It was a ‘Family day Fun day’ =)
Last day in Thunderbird and I made the most of their breakfast buffet hahaha! PG! LOL. Anyway, checked-out at lunch time and headed back to Manila. We ate late lunch at Palaisdaan. Sorry, I don’t know where exactly this is place is because I woke up and we’re already there haha. The place is really nice. It’s like a mini-park with activities-restaurant-in-one. Plus you get to eat in a nice nipa hut on top of the palaisdaan, and get to feed the fishes for free. Kiddo really had a nice time there…

~ Fish feeding ~
We’re finally back in Manila (at my parent’s house now) and we’re getting ready to hit the sack because it’s gonna be a big day tomorrow. My sister’s wedding.
Good to back. Goodnight!
Second day in Thunderbird and the kiddo is having a blast. Buffet breakfast in the morning, swam all day in the infinity pool and strolling at the beach and waited for the sunset. Too bad the beach here is not good for swimming. The shore is quite short and full of weeds. And too bad for me, I had to stay and just watch…

~ Foot prints in the sand… ~
Anyway, can’t wait for summer because we’re definitely going to Magalawa Island soon..
Just arrived here in Thunderbird, Poro Point in La Union this afternoon. Bags are moved to our room now and the kiddo is changing into her suit for a swim. Too bad for me, I thought I was suppose to get my period on Thursday, but sad to say,it came early. Anyway, here’s a pic I took earlier before the sun disappeared in the sea…

~ Mamsie @ Canmore/Elbow river ~
Looks my mom is having a great time in Canada! The view is breath-taking there. I wish we can go there too!
Second day at Paradise Island was a blast. Woke up at exactly 5am to catch the morning sun.
So we did more swimming and more picture taking until cam’s battery went dead. We don’t have to Internet and stuff like that in the place, but I think it’s okay. So before I left Manila, I made sure I did all my online tasks and checked Dutch Masters.
So we went mall hopping, San Pedro Church etc.
We went back late afternoon. Just in time to prepare — dinner and open jam. Fiesta.
Thanks Davao. Next year uli!
We paid Php250 for an overnight stay at the beach. We hurried and changed to our swim wears, ordered food, took more pictures with the beautiful sunset.
Ac and I wore the same swimming top! We were both surprised and laughed it off. I can’t deny the fact that we think the same sometimes. Maybe that’s why we’re friends –share the same passion for Music, loves cake, chocolates, movies, boys?! hahahaha!
I had 3 long island ice tea that night because I didn’t want a big tummy from beer when I sleep. Besides, the air was cold and I need the heat from my drink. I crashed around 2am and got up at 5am because I didn’t want to miss the sunrise the next day…
I got up early, took a bath and gathered my things for our Davao trip. Excited? YES!
I’m back to the real whole again. Reality bites. But we sure did enjoy our vacation gig stay there — super thanks to Joey. Anyway, just finished uploading pictures from my D-cam but still more (as in, mooore) to go from my sister’s kick ass dslr. I’m still grasping the air of reality so please bear with me.
More updates and pictures — hopefully soon.
